Police Car Cake · Make a car cake for a 16th birthday, a youngster's birthday who loves car, or to show your appreciation for your local police staff. Make the car-shape cake with the Cake-Shaping Strip. Cover the entire cake in black fondant. Cut out a section for the white fondant, and press that onto the cake. Make the lettering and windows from the black fondant, and add food dye to the white fondant for the lights and hubcaps.
